Welcome to Elite Factories. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Account Usage
You must register for an account to access most features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or submitting RFQs, make timely payments for orders placed through the platform, confirm receipt of goods within the specified timeframe, and raise any disputes in good faith through the platform's resolution process.
Supplier Obligations
Suppliers agree to provide accurate product listings and factory information, fulfill orders within the agreed timeframes, maintain valid certificates and documentation, and respond to RFQs and buyer inquiries in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. A platform commission is applied to each transaction. Supplier payouts are processed after the buyer confirms receipt of goods. Refunds are handled through the platform's dispute resolution process.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and supplier, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the platform's built-in dispute resolution system. The Elite Factories team will mediate disputes and may issue refunds, partial refunds, or release payments based on the evidence provided.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Factories serves as a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the accuracy of product listings or factory information, or the ability of suppliers to fulfill orders.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
